fuco:labo

I handled the art direction for fuco:labo, a product brand created through collaborations between autistic artist fuco and designers/manufacturing companies. For the first release, we produced art socks with the cooperation of Iida Socks. We also welcomed yocka, who runs a sock and apparel shop in Fukuoka, to the team for support.

Each pair of socks comes in a square, rounded box. Soft-textured paper features foil stamping in silver, blue, and pink. The design motif draws from the boundary lines in fuco’s art, which also appears on the art socks.
