fuco:labo

I handled the art direction for fuco:labo, a product brand created through collaborations between autistic artist fuco and designers/manufacturing companies. For the first release, we produced art socks with the cooperation of Iida Socks. We also welcomed yocka, who runs a sock and apparel shop in Fukuoka, to the team for support.

The socks come in three styles, featuring design motifs inspired by the boundaries in fuco:san’s artwork. The logo expresses her image—one that sensitively perceives relationships with those around her and her environment, then radiates energy directly out into the world.
